Assessment: Practical assessment on CPR and AED use and short multiple-choice knowledge check
Course requirements: No prior first aid knowledge needed; minimum age 14 years; physically able to carry out practical elements; comfortable clothing recommended; a smartphone or tablet is required to scan QR codes for the test.
