The Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support & Safe Use of an AED is a practical, supportive course combining demonstrations, hands-on practice and realistic scenarios to reinforce learning. It focuses on recognising cardiac arrest, performing effective CPR and using an AED safely.

  • Course requirements: No prior first aid knowledge needed; minimum age 14 years; physically able to carry out practical elements; comfortable clothing recommended; a smartphone or tablet is required to scan QR codes for the test.
